Job description
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage existing key customers, identify and pursue for new prospective business opportunities (new customers).
Establish and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and repeat/new businesses.
Meet and exceed individual monthly/quarterly/annual sales target and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance.
To stay ahead of the market competition. Monitor market development, competitors activities and changes in customers’ needs.
Work closely with internal teams (operation and finance), to ensure seamless execution of sales process.
Support Sales Manager in driving sales strategies and planning discussions.
Any other duties as assigned.
Education and Work requirements:
Prior 2 to 3 years of sales experience in frozen meat industry. Familiar with the frozen meat market, trends, competitors.
Need to have own car transport.
Positive attitude, honest, willingness to learn and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Independent, responsible, results driven and self-motivated.
