Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage existing key customers, identify and pursue for new prospective business opportunities (new customers).
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and repeat/new businesses.
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly/quarterly/annual sales target and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance.
  • To stay ahead of the market competition. Monitor market development, competitors activities and changes in customers’ needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operation and finance), to ensure seamless execution of sales process.
  • Support Sales Manager in driving sales strategies and planning discussions.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Education and Work requirements:

  • Prior 2 to 3 years of sales experience in frozen meat industry. Familiar with the frozen meat market, trends, competitors.
  • Need to have own car transport.
  • Positive attitude, honest, willingness to learn and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Independent, responsible, results driven and self-motivated.
