Job Summary:
iWorld Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Marketing and Sales Executive to lead our efforts in attracting students from Japan, Korea, and Brazil to our ESL programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, fluency in English and at least one of the target languages (Japanese, Korean, or Portuguese), and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances in these regions.
In this role, you will design and execute localized marketing strategies, establish partnerships, and manage the sales pipeline to drive student enrollments. Your ability to build relationships, create compelling campaigns, and close sales will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to prospective students and parents through email, social media, and other channels to introduce our programs.
Conduct course consultations with students and parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
Communicate effectively with clients in either Chinese or English; proficiency in Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
Follow up with interested clients, answer their questions, and assist them with the enrollment process.
Provide patient and attentive support to both prospective and current students, ensuring a positive experience from course inquiry to successful enrollment.
Respond to questions from students and parents, offering clear and timely information.
Assist students with daily processes such as registration, course scheduling, and payment.
Maintain good relationships with students and parents, and stay attentive to their learning experience and feedback.
Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and processing correspondence.
Monitor and restock office and classroom supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the preparation of reports on sales activities, enrollment numbers, and customer feedback.
Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficient in both Chinese and English; knowledge of Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
Some experience in sales or customer service is preferred; experience in the education industry is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude; enjoys interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic CRM systems.
Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong time and task management skills.
Understanding of the cultures and student preferences in Japan, Korea, and Brazil is a valuable asset.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
At least 1 Saturday per month based on schedule
