Sales Executive

About the role

As a Sales Executive at TOSEVA TIMBER PTE LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across our wide range of premium wood products. This full-time role is based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region, and will see you engaging with existing and new customers to promote our quality products and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Description

Achieve Sales Targets

• Meet individual monthly sales targets and contribute to achieving team quarterly targets.

Client Support & Relationship Management

• Handle client requests promptly, offering tailored solutions and timely updates.
• Deliver exceptional service to foster long-term client relationships.

Sample Management

• Prepare and provide samples requested by clients in a timely manner.

Communication & Platforms

• Utilize email as the primary platform for both internal and external communication.
• Use instant messaging platforms like MS Teams and WhatsApp for quick, general updates only.

Project Follow-Up

• Track and follow up on project statuses and potential orders.
• Prepare and maintain an updated projects list daily.

Scheduling

• Schedule and update appointment times in the shared calendar.

Financial Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.

Job Requirements

Sales-Oriented Mindset

• Strong drive to identify and close sales opportunities.

Experience

• At least 2 years of proven sales experience.

Technology Savvy

• Proficient in using technology for communication and project management.

Soft Skills

• Team player with a proactive and responsive attitude.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Candidates with qualifications in Interior Design, Sales, Forestry or Architecture are encouraged to apply.

Licensing

• Must possess a valid Class 3 license.
