• Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking for all Freight Forwarding verticals.
• To secure business and achieve the given target within time limit.
• Relay customer and market information /competitor’s activity to organization.
• Create long-term, strong, and trusting relationships with customers.
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage sales and service response process, including detailed quotation, RFQ requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and service recovery (complaints/compliments).
• Credit control follow up and management.
• Sourcing of vendors for Door-to-Door services.
• Handle sales and marketing related assignments & projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related sales experience in freight forwarding / shipping industry.
• Preferably own a car with a valid driving license.
• Sales driven, high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Adaptive & flexible in fast-paced environment.
• Adopt a positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Possess skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
