Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our health supplement products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, a proven track record in sales, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail partners, healthcare professionals, and individual clients.
  3. Organize and conduct product demonstrations/presentations to distributor/partner.
  4. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
  6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve goals.
  8. Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  9. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health supplement, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Diploma in business, marketing, nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.
