Job description

Have knowledge of healthcare and postpartum care services.

Drive performance, identify achievements as well as areas of focus.

Develop strategies, attend sales calls, and meetings to create new opportunities from both existing and new clients.

Identify sales growth opportunities, analyze market conditions, partner with management team and representatives to develop and implement innovative action plans.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the system.

Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams.

Maintain and build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, pain points, and goals, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their specific challenges.

Lead communication and implementation to execute sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding revenue targets.

Proactively identify, prospect, and pursue new business to achieve targets.

Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.

Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
