Sales Executive

We are in search of an energetic Sales Executive who is passionate about the Architectural and Interior Design industries. The ideal candidate will be vibrant, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our growth in the dynamic Singapore market.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship and Business Development

  • Perform outdoor sales activities, visiting clients and prospective customers at their locations to strengthen relationships and create sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to foster long-term business growth and retention.
  • Support efforts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client bases.
  • Broaden the sales pipeline by generating leads and engaging effectively in sales activities.

Internal Collaboration for Strategic Growth

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and promotional materials tailored for the architectural and design sectors.
  • Assist in coordinating with the product development team to relay market-driven feedback on current product offerings and suggestions for new products.

Learning and Development

  • Participate in mentorship sessions to achieve individual sales targets and enhance professional skills.
  • Engage in team meetings and strategy sessions to stay aligned with company goals and foster continuous improvement in sales tactics.

Market Insight and Reporting

  • Support market analysis activities to pinpoint potential new markets or sectors for business expansion.
  • Help prepare reports on sales progress and market conditions to aid senior management in strategic decision-making.

Innovation and Process Improvement

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and enhance customer engagement strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum tertiary education preferred, with at least 3 years of B2B experience.
  • Passionate about the architectural and interior design industries with a desire to learn and grow within a cutting-edge company. Relevant experience in the interior surfaces industry or a similar field would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and actively participate in team activities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
