Sales Executive

Join the dynamic sales team at The Floors Emporium, a leading provider of premium flooring solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time role, you will work in the Others East Region to showcase our diverse range of high-quality indoor and outdoor flooring products.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing personalised sales consultations to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the best flooring options.

2. Showcasing our extensive product range, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and outdoor decking, to generate sales.

3. Conducting product demonstrations and offering design advice to assist customers in visualising the final outcome.

4. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and proactively identifying new sales opportunities.

5. Collaborating with the marketing team to organise and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities.

6. Ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer follow-up.

7. Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends.

What we're looking for

1. Proven sales experience, preferably within the home improvement, construction, or interior design industries.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

3. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation, able to provide tailored solutions.

4. Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics to help customers visualise their dream spaces.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall sales success.
