Sales Executive

• Responsible for information collecting, sorting, registration & customer service of the local customer.
• Responsible for the domestic exhibitions & sales activities.
• Responsible to develop new market, follow up with existing customers to maintain customer relationship.
• Responsible for business preparation, draw up the terms of contract, negotiating with customers until the contract signing completed.
• Internal coordination and monitor all the progress of design, production, transportation.
• Responsible for all stages of debt collection.
• Project process management & Coordinator

Job Requirement

• Possess great communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, independent and a team player.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience, candidates from Construction Field preferred.
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office, WPS, and other relevant software & experienced in developing new market.
• Required Languages: Mandarin & English. Mandarin Speaker is a pre-requisite as need to liaise with China HQ.
• Traveling is required.
• Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Construction Management/Building/Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or related field.
