A unique opportunity exists for a strategic and results-oriented individual to develop, plan, and implement Appleʼs commercial strategy for the Enterprise and Education segment in Singapore. You will lead and develop a team of talented account executives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and motivate channel resellers to expand and drive Apple’s ecosystem with our Enterprise and Education customers in Singapore.
Description
- Develop and implement sales strategy and business plans for the Enterprise and Education segments in Singapore.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base through both direct engagement and strategic channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership of enterprise clients, government, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with channel partners to co-develop sales strategies, align on go-to-market activities, and drive pipeline development.
- Collaborate across internal functions with senior stakeholders to align and drive support for business plans and initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented culture with emphasis on accountability and innovation.
- Ensure a robust and diversified sales pipeline, driving sustainable growth in the Enterprise and Education markets.
- Always represent Apple to the highest level.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 15 years of working experience with proven sales achievements.
- Bachelorʼs degree or equivalent education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive years of experience leading Enterprise & Education sales and/or Sales channel organisations; or similar experience in leading a business solutions-oriented organisation that balanced delivering on short-term goals while creating sustainable value for customers and demand for the future.
- Proven track record in the delivery of aggressive growth targets.
- Professional manner, maturity, and exceptional customer & partner skills.
- Ability to engage, influence, and manage C-suite stakeholders independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
