Sales Engineer x2 (Business Development | Lead | Technical | Piping | Valve)

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation: responsible for conducting market research, developing solutions, prospecting, and expanding referral networks to seek out potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for prospecting and expanding the network of potential clients.
• Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge to engage in informed business discussions, provide tailored solutions, offer technical support and advice.
• Manage accounts effectively throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, business development, deal confirmation, pre-sales, and post-sales support.
• Negotiate contracts and sales orders with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide professional services to clients, addressing their needs and resolving complaints promptly.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or engineering sales preferably in refineries/petrochemical plants/pharmaceutical plants or related industries.
• Possess own vehicle will be a plus.
