Job Description

• Develop sales strategy and strategic planning
• Set and work towards quantifiable sales targets
• Collaborate with OEM, ODM customers, and design houses to integrate products
• Establish clear expectations and deliverables within the project framework
• Define concise goals and objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and quality departments

Requirements

• Experience in contract manufacturing, particularly with semiconductor or networking industry clients (OEM/ODM/design houses)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients or suppliers
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
