Sales Engineer (Water Treatment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with expertise in water treatment systems to support our sales activities and technical consultations. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and driving business growth across industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell water treatment solutions including filtration, reverse osmosis, wastewater, and chemical dosing systems.
2. Provide technical consultations and presentations to clients on system capabilities and performance.
3. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
4. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
5. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
6. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in water/wastewater treatment systems.
3. Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and equipment.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
6. Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
