Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer, you will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting.

Job Description:

• Originate and close opportunities to develop new market segments, product groups and channels.
• Identify and canvass new sales opportunities and market through prospecting.
• Develop and plan sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets and progressive KPIs.
• Respond efficiently to customers’ technical or commercial queries and consistently meet customers’ expectations.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve committed sales targets.
• Work closely within the Sales Department to manage and expand existing business and contribute to meeting sales KPIs.
• Traveling is to be expected.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Marine, Mechanical, or Mechatronics field.
• Strong and successful sales experience of more than 5 years in the marine industry.
• Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
• Preferred candidates who are familiar with 2-Stroke & 4-Stroke Engines, Engine Components MRO.
