As a Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer, you will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting.

Job Description:

1. Originate and close opportunities to develop new market segments, product groups and channels.
2. Identify and canvass new sales opportunities and market through prospecting.
3. Develop and plan sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets and progressive KPIs.
4. Respond efficiently to customers’ technical or commercial queries and consistently meet customers’ expectations.
5. Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve committed sales targets.
6. Work closely within the Sales Department to manage and expand existing business and contribute to meet sales KPI.
7. Travelling is to be expected.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Marine, Mechanical or Mechatronics field.
2. Have a strong and successful sales experience for more than 5 years in the marine industry.
3. Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
4. Preferred candidates who are familiar with 2-Stroke & 4-Stroke Engines, Engine Components MRO.
