Job Title: Sales Engineer (Semiconductor)

Our client, a leading Japanese MNC specializing in tools and equipment, seeks a Sales Engineer to drive new business and manage existing accounts in Singapore.

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Market and promote the company's products to achieve sales targets and to further expand the company's market shares.
  2. Establish a good relationship with customers and build the reputation of the company's products.
  3. Be the contact window for customers and follow up with their demands and requirements.
  4. Co-ordinate internally with HQ to ensure the best support for customers.
  5. Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Company.

    1st year - 14 Days,
    2nd year - 15 Days,
    3rd year - 16 Days,

    *Up to a maximum of 21 days and staff can bring forward a max of 14 days

Requirements & Preferences
(Must)

  1. Minimum Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of Sales and Marketing or any Engineering discipline experience.
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Possess good interpersonal skills, excellent team player, and strong people skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin counterparts.
  5. Willing to travel on short notice (Mainly in Singapore but may require overseas visits depending on the assigned region).
  6. Stable employment is required for the role.
(Advantageous)
  1. Experience in B2B sales within the Semiconductor industry is ideal.
  2. Prior experience working in a Japanese company.
  3. Ability to join within 1 month or short notice as this position is vital to the company.
