Sales Engineer (Mechanical / Logistics Equipment / MNC) YH33

• Transport Provided: Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT
• Hybrid Arrangement: 2 days WFO, 3 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer BP Goal Achievement & Improvement of Market Coverage

• Complete in setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor
• Provide weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market condition
• Manage the monthly order and sales to achieve monthly BP
• Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities, stock reports)
• Sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to allocated dealer
• Special pricing approval (preparation and obtain approval from supervisors)
• Ensure dealer maximizes Sales Campaign
• Maintain dealer organization chart and MLAP records
• Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of brand
• Plan & conduct dealer/customer visits to enhance dealer development and/or discuss operational issues.
• Product refreshment training.
• Propose and carry out actions for further development of market in region in charge.

2. Market Performance Development

• Analyse the market trend and customer needs in the region in charge.
• Constant feedback of competitors’ product and trend to Product Marketing for future product development.
• Analyse competitors’ sales activities, strategies and propose yearly action.

3. Strengthening Distribution Resilience

• Analyse dealers’ business model. Set action plans to improve dealers’ distribution resilience.
• Analyse dealers’ profit contribution and further improve on revenue mix.

4. Accounts Receivable

• Accounts receivable collections & follow up.

5. Special Projects/Process Enhancement

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
• Business/finance acumen.
• International Travel (30%).
