Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

Singapore-based company specializes in Precision Machining, Equipment Refurbishment, Manufacturing Services, and Board Repair, catering to the Semiconductor Test and Assembly market.

Handle Singapore & Malaysia market.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in Wafer Fab and Final Test Equipment and Consumables.
• Collaborate with partners and principals to identify and acquire new customers for products such as Wafer Carriers, FOUP/FOSB, etc.
• Collect market intelligence and report trends, strategies, and competitive insights to Management and Principals.
• Establish sales goals and objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor sales performance metrics.
• Lead a service team to ensure high levels of customer and principal satisfaction with support and services.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
• Be willing to travel internationally for training, sales development, and meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree, preferably with 3-4 years of sales experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab or Final Test.
• Strong skills in customer and account management.
• Knowledge of Wafer Fab or Final Test operations and processes is an advantage.
• Proven sales experience with semiconductor equipment and consumables.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with principals and colleagues.
