Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales and marketing of materials in the semiconductor industry.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while overseeing account management teams.
  3. Conduct market research and assess the semiconductor market in Southeast Asia and develop strategic sales initiatives.
  4. Prepare and present monthly sales reports, including actual performance, forecasts, and budgets to the Director.
  5. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region.
  6. Take initiative and proactively engage in networking to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Perform ad-hoc tasks when requested.

The Talent

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.
  4. Highly sales-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  5. Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach.
  6. Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is an advantage.
  7. Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market.
  8. Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Sales Manager role.
