Sales Engineer [Flow Measurement / Up to $5k]

Responsibilities

1. Farming: Developing = 70%: 30%
2. To develop and maintain business strategies by achieving sales targets and increasing market shares.
3. Visit customers to drive sales pitches and product presentations.
4. Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit targets.
5. Align and link business strategies set by the company.
6. Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
7. Provide sales and after-sales support, in coordination with our internal departments and customers.
8. Prepare sales quotations in ERPLN system for customers.
9. Follow up with after-sales issues.
10. Conduct market studies and provide feedback to the sales manager.
11. Monitor sales quotation status and forecasts.
12. Perform order screening and preparation for clean order processing in coordination with the PMO team.
13. Ensure proper documentation of all sales quotations in line with ISO standards and processes.
14. Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by management or the sales manager from time to time.
15. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. 2 years of industrial sales experience in process instrumentation.
2. Keen to learn the products.
3. Independent and a team player.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
7. Familiarity with CRM and ERPLN will be advantageous.
