As a Sales Engineer cum Accounts Manager (Telecommunication), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Identify and understand customer needs, address their requests, and respond to inquiries promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Drive business growth by developing strong, long-term client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain and update sales reports and forecasts.
• Gain familiarity with the sales process by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Take on additional tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic and/or Electrical engineering
