Engage with customers and prospects during the pre-sales process to understand their technical requirements.
Work closely with sales account managers to develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and other technical content.
Serve as a technical expert on company products and solutions, providing guidance and support to customers and prospects.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitor products and solutions.
Create and deliver technical training to internal and external audiences.
Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and release notes.
Support the development of new products and features, from concept to launch.
Conduct customer and market research to identify trends and needs.
Provide feedback to engineering and product teams on customer requirements and pain points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Design bespoke solutions for customers in a wide array of venues.
Present technology solutions effectively to Sales team and Customers with visual drawings, demonstration, or presentation.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering, Computer / Telecommunication, Engineering in Electrical / Electronic, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field.
Required knowledge of the Pro Audio Visual, Video conferencing, or Unified and Communications industry.
Required working experience in a variety of UC solutions, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.
Preferably AVIXA CTS Certified, but not a must.
Must be able to prepare Schematic drawings using AUTOCAD or VISIO.
Must be able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to share knowledge through good communications, peer training, and written documentation.
Strong interest in performing quality hands-on work and a challenging spirit.
Strong interpersonal skills that enhance a team environment.
Positive customer service and team attitude.
Proficient in spoken & written English.
To be based in Singapore.
