Sales Director / Travel Arrangement Industry

Our client is a leader in the Travel Arrangement industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Director to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities

1. Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy
2. Establish strategic relationships with key prospects and preferred suppliers
3. Stay abreast of competitor activity and respond to competitor weaknesses and threats
4. Ensure team members oversee new business implementation and work closely together with the implementation teams
5. Ensure all client-facing collateral is current and consistent with company branding and image standards
6. Responsible for identifying and analyzing sales trends & patterns, potential customers, and leads
7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

1. Min Degree in Business Management, or a related field
2. Min 10 years of experience in Sales Account and Relationship Management
3. Good Communication Skills
4. Confident and outgoing
5. Willing to travel domestically and occasional international travel
