Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for individuals and teams based on company sales tasks, ensuring targets are met.
  2. Establish and manage partnerships with local distributors, agents, and system integrators.
  3. Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
  4. Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless solutions are delivered to clients.
  5. Provide feedback to the R&D team on local market needs and functional requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of sales/business development experience in business management software or IT.
  3. Proven track record in sales management in office SaaS software or related fields is an advantage.
  4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Good command of spoken Mandarin.
  5. Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve high targets.
  6. Analytical thinking with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  7. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a changing market environment.
