My client is an established APAC leader that provides a platform for HR-related solutions. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. They are looking for a leader to head their Sales department, focusing on their commercial strategy and growth in Singapore.
Your new role
As the Sales Director, you will be handling the growth of the sales teams, nurturing client relationships and collaborating across departments to drive revenue and market expansion. Your main goal would be to build a high-performing sales culture by leading an existing team of sales people.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 10-15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably from the internet/tech sector. Proven leadership track record in managing big teams.
What you'll get in return
A base salary of up to SGD25,000 + Performance Bonus.
