Focus on private wealth management segment, including high net worth and family offices. Form a good understanding of the wealth management landscape and develop a good network within the segment.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including but not limited to direct prospecting, referring channels, and events.
Develop an in-depth understanding of platforms, products, and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to Private Wealth clients’ trading and investment needs.
Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products, and solutions to better match the general needs of private wealth clients.
Plan and work independently to achieve personal sales targets within a team setup, where you can leverage resources among your peers and other teams within the company.
Maintain good relationships with family offices and HNW clients, and establish long-term client retention and partnerships.
