Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall in-charge of the Sales Department, including planning, directing and coaching sales teams.
  • Handle the overall sales revenue, business development, distribution strategy and products coverage & penetration in Singapore and APAC region.
  • Identify and develop solutions to critical business issues.
  • Build and implement a growth strategy focused on new products/solutions and new market segments.
  • Identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers and partners.
  • Maintain close relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Handle ongoing business process reviews, utilising business plans.
  • Provide regular and timely sales forecast, reports and feedback on the sectors, including forecast information and updates on key opportunities that meets or exceeds company expectations.
  • Create and agree annual business strategy for each key stakeholder by developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive relationship.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/Business.
  • At least 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in a technical field sales environment.
  • Experience in project management in related industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Marine, Water Treatment, Semiconductor/Electronics.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
