Job description
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and drive revenue growth for the key business areas - integrated system solutions and product sales.
Set revenue goals for the department and ensure profitability. Drive cost optimization and improve return on investment.
Lead all aspects of the business division, from strategic sales planning and pipeline development to team management, budget control, and performance optimization.
Lead proposal activities, bid management, and contract negotiations to secure government projects.
Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors, including government agencies in Singapore, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Foster close collaboration with the organization's global entities and maximize synergies to drive overall company growth.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business / Economics or related fields. Post-grad qualifications will be advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in system solution sales and digital technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics).
Regional sales experience and network with government agencies & partners will be advantageous.
Comfortable with regional travel for business purposes.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
