Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive revenue growth for the key business areas - integrated system solutions and product sales.
  • Set revenue goals for the department and ensure profitability. Drive cost optimization and improve return on investment.
  • Lead all aspects of the business division, from strategic sales planning and pipeline development to team management, budget control, and performance optimization.
  • Lead proposal activities, bid management, and contract negotiations to secure government projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors, including government agencies in Singapore, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Foster close collaboration with the organization's global entities and maximize synergies to drive overall company growth.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Economics or related fields. Post-grad qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in system solution sales and digital technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Regional sales experience and network with government agencies & partners will be advantageous.
  • Comfortable with regional travel for business purposes.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
