Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market trends.
  2. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Netherlands, including identifying potential customers, distributors, and partners.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximise their performance.
  5. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth in the Netherlands.
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and key metrics to the company's senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the LED driver industry or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the European market and business landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Other languages are an advantage.
