Director, Cyber Sales & Solutioning is a multi-faceted role that requires the individual to grow NCS Cyber Security business, in collaboration with the other lines of business (Applications, Infrastructure, Engineering and NEXT). The candidate is to develop a robust Sales/Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product Strategy that enables both direct Cyber sales and integrated/bundled sales (i.e., that supports NCS Apps, Infra, Engineering and NEXT) in support of the various Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).

What will you do?

  • Functions as the advocate for NCS Cyber Security services to key stakeholders in the client organization and supports the Senior Partner, Cyber in growing a profitable Cyber business.
  • Strengthen Cyber Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) structures and processes, particularly Cyber specialist sales, presales and interface with the Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).
  • Review and develop focused priority product and vendor strategy.
  • Provide our prospects with the technical expertise and strategic guidance needed to effectively evaluate and adopt our solutions.
  • Establish responsive business relationships with clients including problem reporting and resolving highly complex service delivery issues when escalated.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience, with expertise and proven experience in building and scaling sales & solutioning teams in the ICT realm.
  • Possess broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, enterprise IT environments, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading large teams.
  • Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify and understand business needs and translate into strategic plans and solutions.
  • Highly adaptable and collaborative.
  • Ability to adapt and rise to the occasion under high pressure and possess strong crisis management skills.
  • Strong customer-service orientation. Works well in a multicultural workplace.
  • Proven record of successful staff management in areas of recruitment, performance appraisal, and professional development.
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
