We are seeking a proactive and results-driven leader to take on the role of Head of Sales. You will oversee the ongoing operations of this department, which includes identifying and developing new revenue opportunities, refining and executing strategic direction.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team to meet the Company’s target objectives.
Develop and/or collaborate on strategic and tactical sales plans.
Seek out and target potential new business opportunities.
Maintain strong working connections with new and existing customers to ensure their needs are attended to.
Analyze sales statistics to assess potential for growth.
Stay updated on evolving sustainability trends and policies to guide business initiatives.
Develop, implement, and execute innovative marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
At least 15 years of working experience in the service industry.
More than 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies to meet business objectives.
