Sales Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and close business in strategically targeted accounts utilizing ROI driven solutions.
- Design and implement software sales strategies to achieve territory revenue and growth goals.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities in globalized key markets.
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and leading a high performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets to improve team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing team to localize campaigns and marketing efforts for target markets.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with product, marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
- Provide feedback to R&D team on local market needs and feature requirements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, negotiation presentation skills are essential.
- Strategic, process-driven sales approach with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
- Preferably local Singaporean.
- 6+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years in a Director of Sales role.
- Proven track record in sales management in office software or related field.
- Strong knowledge of globalized markets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or related field.
Compensation:
Monthly salary range: 5000 SGD-6000 SGD
Up to 20% sales commission
