Sales Development Executive
Job description
Sales Caller Role Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to introduce products or services and generate sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns from potential clients
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively present offerings
Requirements:
- Minimally A Level or Local Diploma
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach
