Job description

Sales Caller Role Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to introduce products or services and generate sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns from potential clients
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively present offerings

Requirements:

  • Minimally A Level or Local Diploma
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach
