Summary

OneThreeOneFour is seeking a dynamic Travel Specialist (Sales & Operations Executive) to join our growing team.

This role involves a blend of sales and operations, where you will be responsible for attending to leads, following up, and converting them into customers across various channels. You will also advise and plan for our clients, coordinating between our teams to deliver exceptional overseas photoshoot experiences.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management:

  • Attend to inbound client inquiries and proactively reach out to leads through various channels (email, chat, calls, social media, etc.).
  • Provide personalized consultation to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored photoshoot packages.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.

Client Experience & Operations:

  • Build positive relationships and create delightful photoshoot experiences for our clients.
  • Coordinate photoshoots between clients and production teams.
  • Provide insightful general travel advice to clients.
  • Book teams and other service providers while ensuring accurate billing.
  • Address urgent operational matters and advise alternative plans, even during non-working hours if required.
  • Ensure smooth execution of deliverables such as photos, videos, and printables.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of operations and sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements

You should possess the following skills and competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for planning and coordination.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
  • Passionate about travel and customer service; enjoys interacting with people from different cultures.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Japanese) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.
  • Able to commit to a 5-day workweek, including weekends.
