Sales Coordinator ( West/ Trading/ Up to S$2.5k)

Our client is one of the leading seafood wholesalers in Singapore. They are currently looking to hire a Sales Order Administrator to join their Singapore team.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Inventory Management:

1. Receive and review orders for accuracy.
2. Submit orders into the system.
3. Confirm details with customers (specifications, quantities, delivery dates).
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
5. Coordinate reorders with the inventory team.

Customer Communication & Order Fulfilment:

1. Address inquiries and provide updates on order status.
2. Resolve issues related to orders.
3. Coordinate with the warehouse for timely shipping.
4. Generate and process shipping documents.
5. Maintain accurate order records.
6. Update customer information and prepare reports.
7. Work with sales and logistics for smooth processing.
8. Provide feedback for process improvements.

Compliance & Admin Support:

1. Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and confidentiality.
2. Assist with reports, correspondence, and special projects.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
5. Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Proficiency in accounting software such as AutoCount.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Other Information:

1. Work location: Pandan Loop.
2. Nearest MRT Station: Clementi.
3. Willing to work 6 days per week.
4. Working hours: 8.30 am-5.30 pm (Mon-Fri); 8.30 am-3.00 pm (Sat).
