Sales Coordinator | Up to $4,000, located at Tuas Sth | Experience in SAP/CRM

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Regional Sales and Technical Support team. In this role, you will handle sales inquiries, order processing, supply chain coordination, and inventory management, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and analytical skills, experience with SAP/CRM tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and provide sales and administrative support to the Regional Sales and Technical Support team.
2. Attend to sales enquiries and generate official quotations.
3. End to end supply management, order processing, management of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, monitoring & liaising with 3rd party contractor for delivery arrangement.
4. Forge good customer relationships with existing and new customers.
5. Sales order unit price checking and processing in the data system.
6. Perform data analysis by Sales person, Sales order, Country, Customer, Product, and Period.
7. Under the guidance from Operation Director, manage SG warehouse inventory per customer requirement and buffer stock, while managing aging stock.
8. Provide support of other administrative related functions and any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Minimum diploma or related qualifications and with 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
3. Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP, and experience in CRM tools.
4. Independent and able to work under pressure.
5. Good team player, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
