SALES COORDINATOR (Up to $3.5K + AWS + VB/ 5 day office hours)

• Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support the Export Sales Team
• Manage sales enquiries, generating quotations & coordinate order consolidation
• Preparation & organizing shipping documents for export shipping clearance
• Timely updates on cargoes estimated arrival or departure dates
• Coordinate with Logistics Department on inventory matters or delivery schedule

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Experience in Microsoft 365 is a plus
