Sales Coordinator/Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus + AWS

• Basic Salary up to $3,300 with yearly increment based on performance.

Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Sales Coordinator located in North Bridge Road. Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) items.

The role involves managing and preparing shipping documents like invoices and airway bills, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with regulations. It also requires coordinating with forwarders for timely shipments, acting as the main contact for shipping inquiries, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role includes generating operational reports related to shipping and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum O Level
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Able to multitask and work in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office
