SALES COORDINATOR (STRICTLY OPEN TO SINGAPOREAN AND PERMANENT RESIDENT ONLY)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Pureshine Chemicals Enterprise Pte Ltd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This full-time position is based in the Tuas West Region and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage incoming office calls, respond to inquiries, and handle emails promptly and professionally
• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-up on quotations and purchase orders
• Create delivery and invoicing documents for daily shipments and coordinating with drivers and the operations team
• Review delivery orders and invoices to identify and address discrepancies prior to delivery
• Compile and maintain accurate documentation and records for all billings
• Update and manage the customer database to maintain accuracy and reliability
• Monitor inventory records and ensure inventory information is up to date
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support daily operational activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Business or related field
• Preferably with1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
