Sales Coordinator (Spare Parts) - Pioneer

About the role
This is a full-time Operations & Sales Executive role based in the Pioneer West Region. The role is responsible for supporting the company's marine and offshore parts sales and operations, playing a key part in the company's growth plans.

What you'll be doing:

1. Manage sales and operations for marine and offshore parts, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth.
3. Provide technical support and advice to customers on product selection and applications.
4. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
5. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer activities.
6. Support the wider sales and operations team as needed.

What they're looking for:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or operations role.
2. Strong technical knowledge of marine and offshore parts and equipment is preferred.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office suite.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
