Sales Coordinator – Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Provide support and assistance to the Key Account Manager.
2. Review and manage incoming inquiries.
3. Source products from both local and international vendors and manufacturers.
4. Follow up on quotations with customers and process customer orders.
5. Generate and issue Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors and manufacturers.
6. Coordinate documentation for shipments.
7. Assist the Accounts Department with payment follow-up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
8. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma in Business and equivalent.
