As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide support and assistance to the Key Account Manager.
• Review and manage incoming inquiries.
• Source products from both local and international vendors and manufacturers.
• Follow up on quotations with customers and process customer orders.
• Generate and issue Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors and manufacturers.
• Coordinate documentation for shipments.
• Assist the Accounts Department with payment follow-up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma in Business or equivalent.
