Job Description
Process all sales orders and administrative transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and resolving supply disruptions.
Work with freight forwarders to manage shipments with competitive costs.
Track and update the status of ongoing shipments, overseeing delivery from origin to warehouse.
Prepare shipping documentation and maintain records of costs and Goods Received (GR).
Handle claims for shipping discrepancies (damages, short/over shipments, pricing issues).
Coordinate with warehousing staff to ensure timely order packing and delivery.
Attend weekly sales meetings to update on delivery schedules.
Communicate daily with Sales Solutions Engineers (SSEs) and Client Service Executives (CSEs) regarding order status.
Check stock availability and consult SSEs/CSEs on any discrepancies with purchase orders.
Maintain planning spreadsheets for transaction management and reporting.
Notify clients of delays or issues, offering alternative solutions to minimize inconvenience.
Ensure quick responses, follow-ups, and build strong relationships with clients to drive sales.
Collaborate to investigate and resolve client complaints effectively.
Job Requirements
