Sales Coordinator (MARINE/ELECTRONIC)- Up to $4200

• Position: Sales Service Coordinator (MARINE/ELECTRONIC)
• Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing of customer enquiry through emails and phone calls
• Liaise with customers on their service enquiries
• Provide information in answer to inquiries about accounts, products and services to the customers
• Able to generate sales from customer inquiries
• Liaise with customers on fulfilment discrepancies
• Ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with other departments as necessary
• Proper planning on allocation of service engineer for job assigned
• Handling purchasing matters as per customer inquiries
• Ensure assigned vessels are monitored constantly
• Taking extreme care when assigned engineers onboard executing jobs
• Spare parts used by engineers onboard must always be approved by customers

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business/Electronics & Electrical
• 1-2 years working experience in Marine Navigation system Industry
