Our client, a leading valve-manufacturing Japanese company, seeks a Sales Coordinator (Indoor Sales) to join their team. The role mainly involves coordinating with the sales team and handling inquiries from customers and distributors.

Responsibilities

1. Handle customers’/ distributor inquiries (Phone, Email or Fax)
2. Process customers' sales orders
3. Monitor and coordinate with the factory for order status
4. Monitor/Coordinate on shipment/delivery schedules
5. Handle and prepare documentation (PO, Public Relations, Picking List, Commercial Invoice, Do and Tax Inv etc)
6. Work closely with Indoor/Outdoor Sales team and Logistics team
7. Assist in other ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)

1. NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in import and export shipment
3. Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
