Job Scopes:

• Fulfilment and process of orders
• Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors
• Attend to customer service tickets
• Update orders with shipping dates
• Control of daily upload of shipping/delivery date information
• Ad-hoc and admin/report duties when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Secondary or Diploma qualification
• 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and customer-oriented
