Sales Coordinator (Electronics) - Up to $3200 + AWS - WEST

• Position: Sales Coordinator (Electronics) – Up to $3,500 + AWS – WEST
• Location: West - Pioneer
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electronics Engineering/Lift Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations activities in sales & servicing.
• Answer customer phone calls and inquiries.
• Prepare quotations for contracts and follow up with clients.
• Schedule daily service jobs for technicians.
• Assist in preparing sales invoices.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum O’ Level with at least one year of working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin.
