Sales Coordinator (Electronics/Electrical/Marine)- Up to $4200+ AWS

• Position: Sales Service Coordinator (MARINE/ELECTRONIC)
• Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing customer enquiries through emails and phone calls
• Liaise with customers on their service enquiries
• Provide information in answer to inquiries about accounts, products, and services to the customers
• Able to generate sales from customer enquiries
• Liaise with customers on fulfilment discrepancies
• Ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with other departments as necessary
• Proper planning on allocation of service engineers for jobs assigned
• Handle purchasing matters as per customer enquiries
• Ensure assigned vessels are monitored constantly
• Take extreme care when assigned engineers onboard executing jobs
• Spare parts used by engineers onboard must always be approved by customers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Electronics & Electrical
• 1-2 years working experience in Marine Navigation system Industry
