• Position: Sales Coordinator (Customer Servicing) - Up to $3,500 + AWS - WEST
• Location: West - Pioneer
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electronics Engineering/Lift Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations activities in customer servicing
• Receive service request calls from lift companies
• Schedule daily service jobs for technicians
• Prepare quotations and invoices for customers
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum O’ Level with at least one year of working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin
