Sales Coordinator | Central | Up to 3.8K + AWS + VB (Manufacturing)

Job Description

• Assist in preparation of quotation and issuance of PO/PR and ensure timely invoice submissions
• Maintain pricing strategies and price lists and highlight any price changes/supply issues to business leaders
• Perform order processing and administration of material orders, create shipping documents and perform goods receipt via SAP
• Work with various stakeholders to ensure logistics and warehouse operations are efficient and service deliveries are met
• Monitor suppliers’ lead time and ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure proper document archival
• Verify / Submit the freight bills timely to the account department for payment.
• Provide quick responses on inquiries to develop lasting customer satisfaction
• Perform stock allocation, managing inventory, weekly inventory report
• Maintain accurate documents records and ensure correctness of inventory in warehouse
• Prepare sales budget, sales reports and SAP Monthly health checks (SD/MM) for the month end closing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in order management, customer SCM, delivery operation with shipping knowledge
• Proficient in SAP
• Good knowledge in 3PL service providers, transportation of dangerous goods and incoterms, letter of credit
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
